How to merge

Any two equal numbers can merge, even across the board. Their sum stays where you drop it. Empty spaces cannot receive tiles.

Keyboard: Tab to a tile and press Enter or Space to select it. Tab to a matching tile and press Enter or Space again to merge. Escape clears your selection or cancels a drag.

Only successful merges count as moves. Undo lets you retrace every move.
